We get to welcome May this week. April was jam packed and even though I said I would take moments to practice what I preach….I got a little side lined.

So time to take charge. Fitting in important things such as activity and movement shouldn’t be low on your priority list. Ask yourself this….when you are totally tapped out or pooped what is first thing you let go of….if your answer is exercise….we ( includes my trusted resources I would refer you too) need to help you make it a priority.

We are officially winding down classes. Reminder that last formal class will be May 8th (with maybe a pop up on the long weekend)
